I have been through different variations of the air assist nozzles, the ViperAir2 is by far my favorite.
I can engrave/cut wood, leather acrylic and even did some cups.
I run with air all the time, haven't smoked a lens in I don't know how long.
I have no cleanup or burn marks. FYI focus is important.
Cut out the free focusing tool and you’re all set.
First image is Leather etched at 70% power 90 mm/sec. No masking or cleanup.
I add a resolene coating to keep the char and seal the leather.
Patches on the hats are .025mm wood paper cut at 80% power and 6mm/sec
There is NO cleanup needed and NO burn on either side.

This nozzle is AMAZING, and X Tool should have a nozzle like this one.
It has 2 nozzles for the air assist and it makes a cleaner burn/cut.

I can confirm that this works way better than the stock air assist from x-tool.
The left is the viper dual tip assist, right is x-tool air assist tip.
Same wood, same settings. Thank you for the awesome item.
